We have three main Landscape maintenance contracts: Platinum, Gold, and Silver. We designed These packages to allow our customers to spread there payments over a 12 month billing cycle rather than paying for all there services in the regular maintenance months.

- Early Spring Application – Feb – March – Pre Emergent 30% Slow Release
- Benefits of Application: – The first treatment is designed to eliminate common turf weeks before they have a chance to begin growth and germination. This treatment delivers a more swift and potent degree of chemical to destroy the weeds.
- Spring App;location – Post Emergent
- Benefits of Application: – The post emergent treatment targets common turf weeks that have begun growth and would not be effected by a pre emergent treatment.
- Late Spring Application – May – Pre Emergent 50% Slow Release
- Benefits of Application: – The follow-u[ pre emergent treatment is designed to eliminate any other weeks that are still in dormant phase. This treatment delivers a more steady degree of chemical to give a more continuous treatment into the summer.
- Summer Application – July – Summer Feeding
- Benefits of Application: – This treatment is high in pot ash to supply the turf with energy to endure the heat of the summer. It also has a high nitrogen content to maintain a green color to the turf.
- Fall Application – Sept – Nov – Fall Feeding
- Benefits of Application: – This treatment is high in phosphorous to stimulate new root grow in mature turf. this treatment is normally accompanied by a aeration and over-seeding treatment.
- Winter Application – Nov – Dec – Winterization
- Benefits of Application: – This treatment is designed to five the turf a high supply of nitrogen to help the turf maintain its strength throughout the winter.
In some cases you can do 2 applications above at one time.
